A research subject gets great pay for simply allowing scientists to poke, prod, and exam the subject.

Average pay rate: $20 to $500 per hour depending on the research.

Pros: Easy to do, and there is always a need for human guinea pigs. Get to try new and stimulating products for free. Take one in the name of science!

Cons: Well, not all medications make it to the market for a reason.
